The STAR Pre-feeder eliminates the possibility of overwhelming the reclaimer section, and performs much better and more consistently than gravity feed systems, especially with a wide range of aggregate sizes, shapes, and mix designs.
It works on aggregates up to 3/4”, controlling the material flow to ensure proper feed rate to the rotary screen/wash section.
The basic system consists of an infeed hopper, a Star-type pre-feeder, a rotary screen wash section, and a 12” dewatering auger to deliver your clean, reuseable aggregates to stockpile. |
